Kahea is the Legal Specialist and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Nestlé Trinidad and Tobago since January 2022, responsible for the Nestlé TT and Nestlé Caribbean. Kahea is a Director of Stein Carrington Architect Ltd, where she advises on the financial strategies, contracts and any legally binding aspects of the operation. Prior, she served as Manager – Legal & Marketing and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Global Financial Brokers (2019-2021) An Attorney-at-Law, Kahea is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago, after being called to the Bar in 2018.
She holds an LEC from the Hugh Wooding Law School, Trinidad and Tobago; an LLB from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados, and a B.Sc in International Relations from the University of West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. Kahea also gained international experience during her education via a Student Exchange programme at Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.

Debra performs the role of our Office Manager, liaising with clients and accountant to better develop our systems and ensure our company complies with all standard operating procedures.
She brings to the company a wealth of experience in the banking industry, having spent 40 years as a career banker, beginning in 1977 at the Bank of Commerce, then onto Republic Bank in 1998, where she culminated her career as a Branch Sales Manager, leaving the institution in 2017.
A strong communicator with a keen sense for detail, Debra adds to the company, given her vast knowledge base which included roles as Customer Service Manager and Senior Supervisor.
As a Trinidad and Tobago based contemporary design practice, Stein Carrington Architect Ltd, considers architecture and design as a benefit to life.
With over 15 years of experience as a professional, Registered Architect, Stein Carrington as Principal leads the design firm, established in 2019. At Stein Carrington Architect, we believe in the rigor of design as well as the sensible implementation of construction methods, available materials and skills, budgets and client inputs.

Stein Carrington is the Principal Architect of Stein Carrington Architect Ltd, an architecture & design consultancy based in Trinidad and Tobago. A Registered Architect with the Board of Architecture Trinidad and Tobago (BoATT) and member of the Trinidad and Tobago Institute of Architects (TTIA); he is a creative designer, with a pragmatic vision of design and its implementation.
Stein is currently the Treasurer of the Trinidad and Tobago Green Building Council (TTGBC) (2021-Present) and has served as Treasurer of the Trinidad and Tobago Institute of Architects (TTIA) (2018-2021) as well as a board member of the Trinidad Transport Board, a Presidential Advisory Board of the Ministry of Works and Transport. (2015-2020)
Stein holds a B.Sc Surveying and Land Information from the University of West Indies, St. Augustine and a B.A.Arch Studies and M.Arch from the University of Technology Jamaica.

Jonathan is strong designer and thorough young architect, having spent his initial architecture work experience at the well known, CO-RD Limited, he brings a great attention to detail to the company.
Graduating in 2021, he holds a Masters of Architecture from the University of Technology Jamaica. Additionally, Jonathan holds a Bachelors of Arts in Architectural Studies, (B.A.Arch Studies) from the same University.
In the time between the Bachelors and Masters he acquired a Diploma in Project Management.(2018-2019, UWI Roytec, Trinidad and Tobago)
In addition to several merit awards during his high school time, Jonathan performed exceptionally at the Caribbean School of Architecture, his awards include; 60th Anniversary Scholarship Award for Outstanding GPA (2020); Caribbean School of Architecture Honour Student Award for Best Performance at 4th Year Level (2017); Herbert Repole Award for Best Academic Performance at the Degree Level in Year 4 of the Architectural Studies Programme for Academic Year (2016); Dean’s Award for attaining G.P.A of 3.58 in Year 3 of the Architectural Studies Programme for Academic Year (2016)

A young talented Designer, Kevin adds true value to the company as our Design Associate. With a strong command of software and its application within architecture, he has a detailed approach to design, 3D rendering and photography.
Kevin has gained valuable experience working with the architecture practice, Mark Raymond Architect; and brings to us that keen sense of design and presentation.
He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Architectural Studies, (B.A.Arch Studies) from the University of Technology, Jamaica (2016) and a Master of Science in Construction Management (M.Sc Con. Mgmt), from The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad.
