This project features the renovation of a mid-century residence. Originally constructed in the 1970’s the home was restored with elevated roofline and ceilings and updated to meet modern needs.
The 4-bed residence, examined the need to articulate volumes on the front elevation. The stoop and foyer were created where a porch previously existed. This was integral to establishing entry. The rear of the house was opened to capture an under utilized back yard with wide glazing.
