Set on a approximately 10,000 sqft flat parcel, the design brief was to provide a 4 bedroom home with home gym, office and spaces for entertainment. The design takes the opportunity to create a wide formal façade, a rich material texturing, and a play of volumes.
An entry forecourt takes one to the foyer, where a series of double height interior volumes preface the view to the landscaped back yard and pool deck. An architecture linear, yet juxtaposed is created.
